DISTANCE RACE 4, 6 and 12 KILOMETER

Elite Course 12 km:

Starting on the water the course runs two full laps as shown, after the second lap head back to finish on land

U18 and Touring Course 6km:

Starting on the water then one full lap on the course 

Youth Course 4 km (for those who are not doing U18)

Technical Sprint 700 meter 

Starting on land the course runs one full lap as shown.

The course runs counter clockwise (first turn is with the bouy on the rigth side of the paddler). Finish on land.
